Refund Policy

By purchasing any product, software, subscription, or service from Serenity Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.




1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Access to products and services is typically granted immediately after purchase through:

  • License key delivery
  • Account activation
  • Digital downloads
  • Access credentials
  • Subscription activation
  • Service provisioning

Once access has been delivered or a license has been issued, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • One-time purchases
  • Subscription services
  • Renewals and extensions
  • Custom digital services
  • Website-related services
  • Gaming enhancements and tools
  • Hosting-related services




2. Technical Support

If you experience technical issues, Serenity Services will make reasonable efforts to assist with troubleshooting and resolving the problem.

Users are required to:

  • Contact support before filing disputes
  • Cooperate with troubleshooting attempts
  • Provide accurate information regarding the issue

Failure to seek support before disputing a payment may be considered abuse of this policy.

While we will attempt to resolve legitimate issues, technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for refunds.




3. User Responsibility

Before making a purchase, users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their system meets any required specifications
  • They understand the intended functionality of the product or service
  • They have reviewed available product descriptions and documentation
  • They understand compatibility limitations where applicable

Purchases made without reviewing product information or requirements do not qualify for refunds.




4. Custom Services & Website Work

For custom development services, website projects, or personalized work:

  • Payments made toward completed work, development time, or delivered assets are non-refundable
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started
  • Abandoned projects may not qualify for partial refunds
  • Revision requests must remain within the originally agreed project scope unless otherwise discussed

Serenity Services reserves the right to decline additional revisions outside the agreed scope.




5. Fraud & Abuse

Attempts to abuse the refund system may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Filing fraudulent disputes
  • Attempting to bypass licensing systems
  • False unauthorized transaction claims
  • Abuse of support systems
  • Attempting to retain access after disputes

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently blacklisted from future purchases or services.




6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a product or service may result in:

  • Immediate license revocation
  • Termination of account access
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Blacklisting from Serenity Services platforms and communities

We reserve the right to actively contest chargebacks and disputes through payment processors including but not limited to:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Banks and financial institutions

Evidence submitted during disputes may include:

  • License activation records
  • Authentication logs
  • Usage history
  • Download records
  • Communication history
  • Service access logs




7. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time where applicable.

Cancellation of a subscription:

  • Prevents future billing
  • Does not refund current billing periods
  • Does not restore revoked access due to violations

Access remains active until the current subscription period expires unless terminated for Terms of Service violations.




8. Policy Changes

Serenity Services reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
